ANZAC DAY

These are two things that I have worked on with my brothers this week for ANZAC.

The first thing is a poster about ANZAC.  We found out the dates of the two world wars. WWI started in Galipolli 1915 and ended in 1918.  WWII started in Germany 1939 and ended in 1945. 

ANZAC stands for Austrailian and New Zealand Army Corps. Jordan drew some red poppies which are symbols of war rememberance 😢😢. Jordan also drew some ANZAC biscuits.  The ANZAC biscuits were made for the soldiers in  WWI by the women at home🏡and sent by boat.

The second thing we did was use Lego to make an ANZAC scene.  We built red poppies and I built a grave stone.

In the holidays I did some Lego

at home.  I built a loader, bucket, tractor and baler.

The baler has a working pick-up system that picks up the grass.
